Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and QuantriumFlow LLC (“QuantriumFlow”, “we”, “our”, “us”) governing your use of https://uatw.quantriumflow.com(the “Site”) and any services we provide through it (collectively the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@quantriumflow.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. A 7-day free trial is offered to new accounts at our discretion and provides full Pro-tier access for the trial period. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the account converts to the plan selected at sign-up at the prices then in effect.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your member dashboard or via the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pricing is subject to change with at least 30 days’ notice; price changes do not affect the current paid period.

4. Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund terms are described on the Refund Policy page and form part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute access to the Service.
• Scrape, copy, or republish data, alerts, or derived content for redistribution.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary algorithms.
• Use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, or interfere with other users.
• Bypass or disable rate limits, authentication, or security measures.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including but not limited to indicators, signal logic, scoring methods, UI, branding, and documentation, is owned by QuantriumFlow LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for your own internal and personal trading research while your subscription is active.

7. Data Disclaimer

The Service displays derived analytical content(structure labels, levels, signals) and does not redistribute raw market data. Any underlying market data is provided for analytical purposes only and may be delayed. You agree not to treat the Service’s outputs as a primary or canonical source of market data.

8. No Investment Advice

QuantriumFlow is an analytical-tools and educational-content provider. Nothing on the Site or in the Service constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security or derivative. See the Risk Disclaimer for full details.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution) survive.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTRIUMFLOW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF SIGNALS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law applicable to you. If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights that these Terms do not affect, and nothing here requires you to waive any mandatory consumer protection of your jurisdiction.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuantriumFlow LLC from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in New Jersey, United States, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
