Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancel anytime. Here’s exactly how refunds work.

The short version
- The 7-day free trial is exactly that — free. No card is charged unless you continue past day 7.
- You can cancel anytime from your member dashboard or the Stripe Customer Portal.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal. The current paid period continues to its end date.
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription.
Free trial
New accounts may receive a 7-day free trial at our discretion. The trial provides full Pro-tier access. No charge is made during the trial. If you cancel before day 7, you will not be charged and your access ends at trial expiration. If you do not cancel, your account converts to the plan selected at sign-up at the standard price.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time, two ways:
- Sign in and click Manage subscription from your member dashboard.
- Use the Stripe Customer Portal link from any of our billing emails.
Cancellation halts auto-renewal. Your access continues through the end of the current paid period — you don’t lose paid time when you cancel.
14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your firstpaid subscription period (monthly or yearly). If QuantriumFlow isn’t a fit, request a refund within 14 days of your first charge by emailing support@quantriumflow.comfrom the email on your account. We’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
The 14-day guarantee applies once per customer, on the first paid period only. It does not apply to renewals or to second/third subscriptions opened after a previous refund. Annual plans paid in full are eligible for the same first-period guarantee (full refund within 14 days of first charge).
Pro-rated refunds
After the 14-day window, paid periods are non-refundable on a pro-rated basis. If you cancel mid-period, you keep access through the end of that period; the next renewal will not occur.
Yearly plans
Yearly plans are billed once at the start of the year and are eligible for the same 14-day money-back guarantee as monthly plans. After 14 days, yearly plans are not eligible for pro-rated refunds. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the current annual period.
EU / UK customers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. By starting your subscription or trial you expressly request that we begin providing the Service immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed. This does not affect our separate 14-day money-back guarantee described above, which is available to all customers and operates independently of any statutory right.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge over several days. You will receive email notifications. If retries fail, access is paused until billing is updated. After 30 days of unresolved billing failure, the account is closed and may be re-opened by re-subscribing.
Refunds we do not offer
- Refunds for trading losses or perceived underperformance of any signal.
- Refunds for renewals after the first paid period.
- Refunds for accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Service.
- Refunds requested more than 14 days after the first paid charge.
Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback. We will resolve any legitimate billing issue within 5 business days. Disputed chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
