EU Digital Services Act — Legal Representative
Where to reach our designated Legal Representative under Article 13 of the EU Digital Services Act.
Last updated June 24, 2026
Under Article 13 of the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the “DSA”), providers of intermediary services that are offered to recipients in the European Union, but that do not have an establishment in the EU, are required to designate a single point of contact in the EU. QuantriumFlow LLC has appointed the entity below for this purpose.
Designated Legal Representative
Data Protection Representative Limited (trading as DataRep)
DataRep, The Cube, Monahan Road, Cork, T12 H1XY, Republic of Ireland
Correspondence must be addressed to “DataRep” at the address above. Mail sent to the address without the DataRep prefix may not reach the intended recipient.
What this Representative is for
Our designated DSA Legal Representative is the point of contact for EU Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services in matters concerning our compliance with the DSA. The Representative may also be addressed directly by recipients of our service in connection with DSA-related matters.
Notification of the appointment was made to the Irish Digital Services Coordinator, the competent authority in our chosen EU Member State of notification.
